The Delta Steel Maillon is commonly used in rescue and rope access work. Its triangular shape makes it ideal for handling multi-directional loads, such as equalising two pulleys for twin operation, attaching a pulley to an ascender for braking setups, or serving as a connection point on stretcher lifting systems, among many other uses.
